BOOKING
Once we receive your booking, we will send you the booking confirmation.
We ask you to make the payment 5 days post the booking confirmation. The payment amount can be found in the booking confirmation. The reservation will be effective only after receipt of deposit. If the deposit is not made on time, the booking will automatically be canceled. With payment of the deposit you accept the booking.
The remaining amount, please transfer 30 days prior to arrival.
If you book until 30 days before arrival, please transfer equal to the total amount.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation insurance costs 500:- per booking and must be ordered and paid for at time of reservation. Cancellation made in writing up to 5 days before the booked period. If you have not signed cancellation no refund. If you cancel innom 4 days or less no refund. Cancellation insurance will take effect when you paid. Protection means that you can cancel up to 5 days prior to arrival and receive the rent, less the cancellation and administrative expense (500:-), refunded in the following circumstances: death, illness or serious accident suffered by you, your spouse , partner, family member or traveling companion, induction into the armed forces or civil defense. In the event of a serious event outside your control that you could not foresee when you booked, which means that it is not reasonable to demand that you must honor your reservation, such as a major fire or flooding in your home. You must be able to prove the reason certificate from eg doctor, authority or insurance.
Arrival and key extradition:
Arrival and key collection:
Access to the house earlier than 14:00. We are normally in place in the port between 14:00 and 17:00 to give out keys. If you wish to come to the house later than 17:00 you must agree with us about the time of key disclosure.
Deposit:
Upon arrival left a deposit of 1000:- SEK in cash against receipt, by Swish. or Paypal. We also agree on a time for verification of cleaning. The deposit will be refunded to the tenant upon departure, after the property inspected and approved. Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed in the house or on the land belonging to the cottage. If smoking occurs or pets are taken inside the cabin, you pay a compensation according to a Swedish priced base amount for allergy / smoke remediation.
Departure:
The cottage will be cleaned and emptied will be charged. 11:00 on day of departure. If you wish to leave the house earlier than 9:00, you must agree with the landlord on time for the control of the cleaning.
Extra:
Final cleaning: 700:- Sheets, duvet covers and towels for the 160cm bed 125:- SEK per change
