BOOKING
Once we receive your booking, we will send you the booking confirmation.
We ask you to make the payment 5 days post the booking confirmation. The payment amount can be found in the booking confirmation. The reservation will be effective only after receipt of deposit. If the deposit is not made on time, the booking will automatically be canceled. With payment of the deposit you accept the booking.
The remaining amount, please transfer 30 days prior to arrival.
If you book until 30 days before arrival, please transfer equal to the total amount.
CANCELLATION
A cancellation insurance costs 500 SEK per booking and must be paid together with the down payment with the reservation requested and. Cancellation must be in writing and up to 5 days before arrival take place. If no written cancellation is present, there is also no refund. A refund is only up to 5 days prior to arrival.
The cancellation insurance will not take effect until you have fully paid. The insurance means that you can cancel up to 5 days before arrival and the rent received back (minus Cancellation and administrative expenses (500 SEK)).
refund in the following cases: -death or illness in the case of force majeure shall mutually the “Force majeure clauses “. you need to prove the reason for cancellation with a doctor’s certificate, authority or insurance.
Arrival and key collection:
access to the cottage is not possible before 14:00. We are normally around 14.00 and 17.00 to hand the keys on the spot. If you arrive after 17:00, the keys must first respect a time. Agreed.
Deposit:
On arrival a deposit of 1000 SEK is payable. In bar against receipt or via Swish or Paypal. If you clean the cottage itself and the cleaning is not found to be good, the cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit is the tenant refunded upon departure after the Cottage checked and the state was found to be good. Please note that smoking and pets in the cottage and grounds are prohibited to the cottage. Departure:
The cottage must be cleaned before departure. However, there is also the possibility to clean the cottage for a fee (700 SEK see below). Checkout at 11:00 am on departure day. If you want to leave the cottage before 09:00, you must pre-make the owner a date when the cottage is passed.
Extra:
Cleaning: 700 SEK Sheets, Sheet (160 cm bed) and towels 125 SEK for both people and per change
